Tech project management that actually delivers

Most software projects don't fail because of technology — they fail for lack of direction. Requirements changing without control, vendors with no accountability, teams without clear priorities and deadlines slipping month after month. If that sounds familiar, you don't need more developers; you need someone in charge.

I step in as the manager of your tech project — new or stuck — and take responsibility for its delivery: with a plan, a controlled budget and weekly visibility for you. I've led projects with in-house teams, external vendors and combinations of both, across sectors from education to hospitality.

Is this for you?

  • Your project is late, the budget keeps growing and nobody gives you a credible date.
  • You're about to start a build with a vendor and want someone on your side who speaks their language.
  • Your tech team delivers, but without direction: priorities, planning and follow-up are missing.

What's included

Diagnosis & plan

An audit of the project's real state: scope, debt, risks and team capacity. You get an honest delivery plan.

Agile with judgement

Scrum or Kanban adapted to your reality, not the textbook: sprints, prioritization and demos that keep everyone aligned.

Team & vendor coordination

Technical interlocution with internal and external developers: I demand quality and deadlines knowing what I ask for.

Business-level visibility

A weekly report in business language: what's done, what's next, which risks exist and which decisions are yours.

In 1-2 weeks I review scope, team and code and present a realistic delivery plan.

  3. 3

    Project direction

I take over management with a weekly rhythm: planning, tracking, demos and reports.

  4. 4

    Orderly handover

Once the project is on track, I leave processes and documentation so it doesn't depend on me.

Frequently asked questions

Can you rescue a project that is already underway and going badly?

Yes — it's one of the most common cases. I start with a 1-2 week express audit to find out where the project really stands, followed by a delivery plan with clear priorities.

How much dedication does my project need?

It depends on size: most projects are well managed part-time (1-3 days/week). Far cheaper than a full-time manager and far more effective than no one in charge.

Do you work with our current development vendor?

Yes. My role is to be your technical representative: I supervise their work, validate quality and deadlines and translate between business and technology. Nobody needs replacing for the project to improve.

How much visibility will I have?

A weekly report in business language and a product demo every 2-3 weeks. You'll always know what's done, what's missing and which risks are on the table.
